UFCW Local 1445 is thrilled to announce that our union members at Century Linens in Somerville ratified their newest union contract. Some highlights of the contract include:

-Improved hours of work and pay practices, with more time on breaks with longer shifts

-A general wage increase of $3.25 for all 3 years of the new agreement.

-Increased 401k company monthly contributions to the UFCW Northeast Retirement fund.

For the first time this employer joined our UFCW NE Health & Welfare Fund covering 85% of our members insurance premiums to our Union H&W fund.
