UFCW Local 1445 Online Scholarship Application
Use this form to apply for the UFCW Local 1445 scholarships that are awarded at the July quarterly membership meeting.
The applicant must be a high school senior or undergraduate student and a member, or the child or grandchild of a member or retiree of Local 1445. Members (only) who are NOT current students but who plan to resume their education may be eligible for a scholarship.
College-bound high school seniors are eligible for the Essay and Memorial scholarships. Seniors who wish to apply for the Essay scholarship must fill out this form and then email the essay to LFerrazzara@ufcwlocal1445.org. All Essay applicants will be AUTOMATICALLY entered in the drawings for the Memorial scholarships as well; Essay applicants who do not email an essay will NOT be considered for the Essay scholarship. Essay applicants: Please be sure to include your name and "Essay scholarship" in the address line of your email.
College-bound high school seniors and undergraduate students are eligible to apply for the Memorial scholarships.
High school seniors who will be attending a vocational school, rather than a college or university, can apply for the Vocational scholarship. Members only who are not currently undergraduate students but who wish to resume their education - vocational or for an undergraduate degree - may be eligible to apply for the Vocational scholarship as well.

If you are NOT currently an undergraduate student you MUST be a member in order to be eligible and to be considered for the Vocational scholarship drawing ONLY- please check that box above. High school seniors who will be attending a vocational school upon graduation and who are members, or the children of members or retirees, may apply for the vocational scholarship.
