CONGRATULATIONS and WELCOME to our newest members at beWell Cannabis in Lowell MA. Today the workers unanimously ratified their first Union Contract!
Highlights of the contract are:
-Guaranteed wage increases for the lifetime of the contract, with higher wages and GWI.
-8 holidays and 3 personal days annually
-mandatory provided PPE for workers,
- 10 days vacation after 6 months of employment
