Besides representing members at UMass Memorial Medical Center, St. Vincent Hospital, and nursing homes throughout the state, our latest successful contract negotiations were with The Reservoir Center for Health and Rehabilitation in Marlborough, MA.

Besides the fair wages and increases included in the contract, members at The Reservoir may also be eligible for health and life insurance, 401Ks, paid time off, and seniority rights.

Members also have in place a grievance procedure that guarantees union representation and protects them against unfair discipline or termination, something all Local 1445 members can count on.
